Role Overview:
AB Consulting is looking for a Conference Coordinator to support the planning and execution of industry conferences and events. This is a hands-on role focused on backend execution, speaker coordination, and program support across multiple ongoing and upcoming conferences.
Reporting To: Conference Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to speakers, industry leaders, and senior officials
- Managing confirmations and constant follow-ups
- Collecting speaker profiles, photos, presentations, etc.
- Coordinating content for social media and promotions
- Supporting overall conference execution
Who Should Apply:
0–2 years of experience in events, coordination, client servicing, or similar roles. Freshers are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and follow-up skills (this role requires persistent outreach)
Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and industry professionals
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage timelines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in event management/conferences/exhibitions
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication
- Skilled Communicator
